1 lb. hamburger
1 clove garlic
1 small onion
¼ t. cayenne pepper (or more)
½ t. pepper
1 t. allspice
2 tsp salt
2 (2 lb.) cans tomatoes
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
½ c. fresh mushrooms
1 jar artichoke hearts
¼ c. olive oil
Brown meat with onions and garlic, remove
fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer
for 3 hours.
