Grilled Chicken

(good in pitas, or on it's own)


1 1/2 lbs skinless boneless chicken breasts - quartered
4 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
4 garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
2 Tbs. lemon juice


Marinate for 30 minutes.  Cook on outdoor grill
