Cinnamon Rolls

Mix and rest for 15 minutes:
1 1/8  cup warm water
¼ cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
2 Tbsp. yeast (fast-acting, or if regular yeast, it will just take a little longer for the rolls to rise)

Add:
1 tsp. salt
3 ½ cup flour
1 egg

Knead and let rise 15-20 minutes.  Roll out to about ½ inch.  Spread butter over dough.  Spread cinnamon and sugar.  Add raisens if desired.  Roll up and cut with sharp knife.  Let dough rise in pans for about 10 minutes.  Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Spread with icing.

Nothing better than a fresh, hot cinnamon roll!
