Dissolve:
½ cup warm water
1 ½ Tbsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
¾ cup milk
1 ½ tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 egg beaten
2 ½ cups flour
Butter mixture:
1 cube melted butter
1 tsp. dill weed
pinch garlic salt
Mix
together milk, sugar, salt, egg, flour.
Add yeast mixture. Let sit 30
minutes. Mix down on floured board. Let rest about 10-15 minutes. Roll into 14” x 12” rectangle. Cut 14 1” strips. Fold in half, twist tight. Place on baking sheet. Brush with butter mixture and raise 1
hour. Bake 350 degrees 20-30
minutes. Brush again with remaining
butter mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
