Cinnamon Cream Syrup



1 cup sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
¼ cup water
½ tsp. cinnamon

In pan bring to boil, stirring constantly.  Cook two minutes.  Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.  Stir in ½ cup evaporated milk.  Serve warm on pancakes.
